1. General Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you (the Client) and me (the Service Provider/Shied) regarding the provision of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and related digital marketing services.

2. Services Provided

I specialize in providing comprehensive Local SEO and E-commerce SEO services. My optimization strategies are strictly focused on achieving targeted rankings at the National, City, and Local area levels. Specific deliverables and workflows will be agreed upon before commencing any active campaign.

3. SEO Guarantees & Expectations

  • Realistic Guarantees: I do not offer a 100% Top #1 ranking guarantee within any specific timeframe, as no honest SEO professional can make that claim. However, I DO guarantee a highly visible, effective, and significant improvement in your search visibility compared to your current state. My focus is on driving real improvements so your potential customers can actually find you.
  • The Nature of Search: Search engine results vary significantly from one specific location to another. Ranking consistently across one or multiple service areas, whether local, city-wide, or national, requires continuous, ongoing optimization.
  • The Competitor Factor: Your top competitors are not sitting idle; they are actively investing in SEO to maintain their top positions. If you stop or pause your SEO efforts, your competitors will eventually overtake you. SEO is a continuous race, not a one-time setup.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of the campaign, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary accounts (Website CMS, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Provide accurate business information, product details, media, and prompt feedback when requested.
  • Avoid making significant structural changes to the website or profiles during the active campaign without prior consultation, as this may negatively impact ranking results.

5. Payments & Billing

  • Retainer Model: SEO services operate on a monthly retainer basis.
  • Upfront Payment: Payments for each upcoming month of service must be made in advance. Work for a specific month will not commence until the invoice is cleared.
  • Commitment: By agreeing to a campaign timeline, you commit to fulfilling the payment schedule for the duration of that agreed-upon period.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: You may cancel the service by providing a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle begins.
  • Strict No-Refund Policy: There are absolutely no refunds for services provided. I operate on a model where payment is collected for the continuous, active work and deliverables provided to your business. Once work is delivered, it cannot be undone or refunded.
  • Overpayment Exception: The only exception is in the event of an accidental overpayment (e.g., you mistakenly pay an amount greater than the agreed invoice). In such cases, the excess amount will be refunded to you. However, any transaction fees or processing charges incurred by the payment gateway to send this excess money back will be deducted from the refund amount and must be borne by you.

7. Liability & Indemnification

I will execute all services using professional care and best practices. However, I am not liable for any sudden drop in rankings, loss of data, loss of business revenue, or penalties applied by search engines due to algorithm updates, prior poor SEO work done by others, or unauthorized changes made by the client.

8. Intellectual Property

All custom SEO strategies, workflow structures, and proprietary reporting templates provided by me remain my intellectual property. The content created specifically for your website and published during the campaign becomes your property upon full payment for that month’s service.

9. Modifications to Terms

I reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. Your continued use of my services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
