About Kazi MD Abdulla Al Shied

I am Kazi MD Abdulla Al Shied, an independent Local and Ecommerce SEO Specialist and Content Strategist. I help business owners across Bangladesh and internationally get found by the customers who are already searching for what they offer, on Google Search, Google Maps and now AI powered platforms like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
I work directly with every client I take on, from the first strategy call to the final execution, without handing your project off to a junior team member. My approach is built on real research, honest communication and strategies shaped around your specific business, not a generic template applied to everyone the same way. Whether you run a local service business or an online store, my goal is simple, help your business become the one customers find first.
Certifications and Credentials
My Story
I started offering SEO services in 2024, working directly with businesses outside of marketplace platforms like Fiverr and Upwork. My focus from day one was on Local SEO, Ecommerce SEO and Google Business Profile optimization, delivered through direct client relationships rather than marketplace listings.
Along the way, I also spent time working inside an agency environment, from February to June 2026, to understand how larger teams structure and deliver SEO at scale. That experience taught me something important. Inside an agency, even simple decisions often depend on information that has to pass through multiple people, from the client to the owner and back again, before real work can move forward. I found myself spending more time waiting on communication than actually executing strategy, and that gap between effort and outcome did not sit well with me. So I made the decision to go independent again, and build Shied World around direct access and direct communication.
I intentionally did not start on marketplace platforms early on. I wanted to enter as an experienced provider, not as an entry level or intermediate one, so I spent close to two years building real client results first. Recently, I opened accounts on both Fiverr and Upwork, and I am currently in the early stages of building a track record there. Both platforms already have one completed client review each.
A Note on Marketplace Reviews
If you find me through Fiverr or Upwork, you may notice my marketplace account is newer than my actual experience level. This is intentional, not a reflection of my skill or track record. I chose to build my expertise through direct client work for nearly two years before joining these platforms, which means my marketplace history is still growing even though my hands-on experience is not new.
It is also worth knowing that both platforms have gone through a real shift recently, while the number of freelancers on them keeps growing every year:

- Fiverr: active buyers dropped from around 3.6 million in late 2024 to closer to 2.9 to 3.1 million more recently.

Upwork: active clients dropped from around 832,000 at the end of 2024 to around 784,000 by early 2026, a decline of roughly 48,000 clients over that span.
This combination makes it harder for any new or returning profile to gain traction quickly through reviews alone, regardless of actual skill or experience. I mention this simply for context, not as a substitute for proving my own work, which is why I encourage you to look at my direct portfolio and case studies alongside any marketplace reviews.
If you would prefer the added protection of working through Fiverr or Upwork, whether for payment security or general peace of mind, I am glad to accommodate that.
For businesses who are comfortable working directly, I also take on clients outside these platforms, which allows for more flexible pricing since marketplace fees no longer apply.
My Philosophy
I believe SEO fails most often not because of bad strategy, but because of broken communication and misplaced priorities. Too many businesses are sold packages instead of solutions, and too many SEO providers focus on vanity numbers instead of real business outcomes like calls, leads and sales.
My philosophy is simple. Every business is different, so every strategy should be built from the ground up around that specific business, not pulled from a template. I do not believe in overselling services a business does not need, and I do not believe in guaranteeing rankings I cannot control. What I do believe in is transparency, consistent effort, and treating every client relationship as a long term partnership rather than a one time transaction.
I also believe good SEO should never feel like a black box. You should always understand what I am doing for your business, why I am doing it, and what results to realistically expect, and when.
What I Do
I offer five core SEO services, built to work together as one complete strategy rather than isolated add-ons.
Local SEO
Helping service based businesses dominate local search and the Google Map Pack.
Ecommerce SEO
Helping online stores turn organic traffic into consistent sales.
Website SEO
Building the technical and on-page foundation every ranking strategy depends on.
Google Business Profile Optimization
Turning your GBP into a genuine lead generating asset that brings in calls and visits, not just views.
AI Search Optimization
Structuring your content so AI platforms like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews recommend your business directly to customers.
Built to Work on Any Platform
I do not limit myself to one type of website. Alongside SEO, I have developed hands-on web development skills, including HTML, CSS and fully responsive design, which means I can deliver SEO on WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace or a fully custom coded website, without depending on a developer or losing quality along the way.
This also affects how I price a project. A WordPress site with a well-structured theme often takes far less hands-on time to optimize, while the same level of technical SEO work on a custom coded site can take three to four times longer to implement correctly. I price each project based on the actual platform and the real work it requires, not a flat one-size-fits-all rate.
Why I Only Work With 15 Businesses at a Time
I made a deliberate decision early on to never take on more clients than I can genuinely give my full attention to. That number is 15, and not a single client more.
Out of those 15 slots, 10 are standard engagements at my regular rate, for businesses ready to invest fully from day one. The remaining 5 are something I care about personally, Small Business Growth Slots, reserved for business owners who are working hard, who deserve real SEO, but who cannot commit to a large budget right away. For these 5 slots, we start with a monthly rate that fits your current capacity, and as your business grows and your customer flow increases, your pricing gradually grows with it. You are never asked to pay full price before your business is actually generating full results.
There is no difference in effort or quality between these two groups. Every one of my 15 clients gets the same strategy calls, the same execution standard, and the same direct access to me. The only thing that changes is how we structure your investment while your business finds its footing.
This is not a limitation I apologize for, it is the entire reason my clients get real results instead of average ones. When I say yes to your business, I am saying no to spreading myself thin across 30 accounts, and yes to actually knowing your business well enough to make the right decisions for it.
Markets I Have Worked In
Since 2024, I have worked with businesses across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland and now Bangladesh, spanning industries from ecommerce and home services to education and hospitality.
Beyond SEO
Outside of client work, I am currently learning Full Stack Web Development, and once that is solid, my next goal is to move into Cyber Security. I split my time deliberately between active client work and this ongoing learning, because staying sharp on the technical side directly makes me better at SEO too.
In my free time, I study the top ranking websites of major cities around the world, places like New York, Austin, London, Toronto and Sydney, across different industries and niches. I look closely at how their structure is built, what strategy likely got them there, and how their design supports that structure. It is less about copying design and more about understanding why certain structures consistently perform well.
I also keep a close eye on how Google’s algorithm evolves, and I make it a habit to research anything related to search, even topics with no immediate use case, because even a small piece of unrelated knowledge can end up mattering later in a client’s strategy.
I also have a personal interest in typesetting and layout design for Bengali language publishing, books, newspapers, magazines and journals. It is a small reminder that good structure, whether in a website, a printed page or an algorithm, always makes information easier to find and easier to trust.
Beyond work, my biggest personal goal is to travel and see the world, and to build genuine friendships with people from different places and cultures along the way. That dream is actually where the name Shied World comes from, my nickname is Shied, and this brand carries that dream forward with me.
Right now, Shied World is a one person operation, built and run entirely by me. My long term vision is to grow it into a full SEO agency, but I wanted to build the foundation myself first, with direct client relationships, before scaling it into something bigger.
Let’s Work Together
