No Fixed Packages. No Default Strategy. Pricing Built Entirely Around Your Market.

Your investment could be $300 or it could be $5,000. The difference is not the quality of the work. The difference is your market, your competition, your current website condition and what your specific situation actually requires to rank. That number is determined after I understand your project, never before.

The Core Pricing Principle

Why Your Pricing Is Different From Everyone Else's

A plumber in New York City is competing against 50 or more businesses, many of whom have been running active SEO campaigns for 5 to 10 years. Their authority is deep. Their presence is established. Outranking them requires a sustained, aggressive and highly specific strategy.

An engraving business in a small town in California may have 1 or 2 competitors who ran SEO once and stopped. I ranked a business exactly like this at the top of their city in 5 days. The competition had simply stopped showing up.

These two situations cannot have the same price. They cannot have the same strategy. Applying a default package to both would either waste one client's money or guarantee failure for the other.

This is why I do not offer fixed packages. Not because it is more complicated, but because it is the only honest way to deliver real results.

Your pricing depends on:
- The competition level in your target market.
- How long your competitors have been actively doing SEO.
- The current condition of your website and Google Business Profile.
- Whether your website needs to be rebuilt or restructured before SEO work can deliver results.
- Your target locations and the scope of your geographic goals.
- The realistic timeline your market requires - 60, 90 or 180 days.

What Investments Look Like in Practice

Pricing Ranges Based on Real Market Conditions

These are not packages. These are realistic illustrations of what different market conditions look like in practice. Your actual investment is determined by your specific project.

Low Competition Markets Typical Range: $150 to $500 per month

Small towns, niche services with limited or inactive competitors. Results can come faster and the work required is less intensive. In some cases, a well-executed strategy in these markets produces top rankings within days or weeks.

Moderate to High Competition Markets Typical Range: $500 to $1,200 per month

Mid-size to large cities with multiple established competitors actively doing SEO. Requires consistent content creation, citation management, link building, Google Business Profile management and technical SEO. Timelines typically range from 90 to 180 days.

Highly Competitive Markets Typical Range: $2,000 to $5,000+ per month

Major metropolitan markets or industries where competitors have 5 to 10 years of active SEO history. Requires deep topical authority building, aggressive link acquisition, AI search optimization, GEO and SGE strategies and sustained high-level execution over an extended period.

These ranges exist to give you a realistic picture of what SEO investment looks like across different market conditions. Your actual number could fall anywhere within these ranges or outside them entirely. The only way to know your specific investment is to have the conversation.

Others

Offer fixed packages applied to every client Use the same default strategy regardless of market Take on 30 to 50 projects simultaneously Prioritize volume over quality Give you a price before understanding your situation Disappear after onboarding.

Shied World

Custom strategy built specifically for your market and competition level No default approach. Every plan is built from scratch after researching your market Maximum 10 projects at any one time. 5 new and 5 ongoing Quality is the only standard that matters Pricing is determined after a complete market audit and action plan Direct communication throughout every stage of the project.

Why I Cap at 10 Projects

Maximum 10 Projects. No Exceptions.

Some SEO professionals manage 30 to 50 projects at once. At that volume, no single client receives the attention and strategic focus their project actually requires. Strategies become generic. Monitoring becomes superficial. Results become inconsistent.

I work with a maximum of 10 projects at any one time. 5 new projects and 5 ongoing projects in active management. That is the hard limit and it is non-negotiable.

When you are my client, your market gets researched properly. Your action plan gets built from scratch. Your results get monitored with full attention. When Google releases an algorithm update that affects your rankings, I can respond quickly and adjust your strategy rather than being spread too thin across dozens of other clients.

If my slots are full when you reach out, I will tell you that honestly. Availability is limited and it is limited by choice.

How Your Project Is Handled

From First Contact to First Rankings

Step 01

You Reach Out

You send a message or fill out the contact form. We schedule a video meeting.

01

Step 02

I Research Before We Meet

Before the meeting I research your market, analyze your competitors, audit your website and Google Business Profile and build a complete action plan specific to your situation.

02

Step 03

We Meet and Review

Everything In the meeting I walk you through the full action plan. Your market landscape, your competitors, your current strengths and weaknesses, the strategy, the realistic timeline and the investment required. Everything is on the table.

03

Step 04

We Execute and Adapt

Work begins based on the agreed action plan. If Google releases a significant algorithm update during the project that requires strategy adjustments, the plan is updated accordingly. Your strategy is never static.

04

What Happens After the Action Plan Is Complete

Ranking Is Not the Finish Line. Staying There Is.

When the initial action plan is complete, two scenarios typically emerge.

You Are Ranking at the Top

Your competitors want your position just as much as you wanted it. At this stage a maintenance and defense strategy is built to protect your rankings, monitor competitor movements and ensure no one overtakes you. SEO is not a one-time task. Your competitors are still working and so are we.

You Are Close but Not Yet at the Top

This is common in competitive markets. You are visible, you are ranking, but there is still ground to gain. A new action plan is built based on the current landscape, pushing harder on the specific signals that are holding you back from the top positions.

In either case the next step is always determined by where you actually are, not by a fixed schedule. Every decision is based on real data from your real market at that real moment in time.

The Role of Your Website in Local SEO Pricing

Why Your Website Directly Affects Your Investment

Your website is one of the most powerful ranking signals for your Google Business Profile. Google uses your website to verify your business information, understand your services, confirm your service areas and assess your overall local authority. A poorly structured or missing website directly limits how high your Google Business Profile can rank in the Map Pack and also in the AI search suggestion.

If your current website structure needs to be rebuilt or significantly restructured before SEO work can deliver real results, that is factored into your action plan from the beginning. This is not an upsell. It is a reality check. Starting SEO work on a broken foundation produces limited results regardless of how much effort goes in.

If your website needs attention, I will tell you clearly before we start and factor it into the overall investment and timeline.

FAQ

Pricing Questions Answered

In low-competition markets, projects can start from $150 to $200 per month. The right investment for your situation depends entirely on your market. Some markets genuinely require more from the beginning to see meaningful results. I will always be direct with you about what is realistic.

You do not need one to start the conversation but a well-structured website is one of the most important tools for ranking your Google Business Profile in the Map Pack. If you do not have a website or your current one needs significant work, that will be part of the action plan discussion.

Timelines are set based on your specific market after the initial research. Low competition markets may see results in 60 days or less. Moderate competition markets typically take 90 days. Highly competitive markets may require 180 days or more. Your timeline will be clearly defined in your action plan before work begins.

In highly competitive markets, progress can be slower than either of us would like. If your competitors have 5 to 10 years of SEO authority built up, closing that gap takes time and sustained effort. I will always tell you honestly what is realistic for your market before we begin and keep you informed throughout the project.

Book a free video meeting. Before the meeting I research your market, audit your current online presence and build a complete action plan. In the meeting I walk you through everything and give you a clear, transparent investment figure based on your specific project.
